The inspector may conduct inspection, investigation and search at any place where the production, storage, sale-distribution or transportation of any drug is taking place.
(2) In the course of inspection or search according to sub-section (1), if there is a suspicion that any medicine is not public safe, effective, or quality, or if there is reasonable reason to believe that any action is being taken in violation of this Act or the rules made under this Act, the inspector shall He can seal the drug and hand it over to the owner of the drug and take the compensation from the owner and stop the drug and order to stop the action immediately.

(4a) Even if a medicine is found to be public safe, effective and efficient during analysis or testing in accordance with sub-section (4), the person who manufactures, sells, distributes, stores, transports or imports such medicine has taken any action in violation of this Act or the rules made under this Act. If determined, the manager may confiscate such drug and control the drug production, sale, distribution, storage, transportation or export or suspend the license or certificate or recommendation letter of such person for up to six months.
(5) According to sub-section (4), the cost of destroying the drug shall be borne by the manufacturer. If it is necessary to destroy the drug that has been seized from the person selling it, the cost of such medicine will also be paid from the person who produces it to the person selling it.
(6) The department may appoint an expert in the relevant subject as needed to assist in the investigation and inspection as per this section.
